Get ready for our Talent Acquisition & Retention Virtual Summit

Our upcoming "Talent Acquisition & Retention Virtual Summit" will explore how to attract and retain the best talent in an inclusive way post COVID-19 where workplace values have shifted considerably

As a well-known advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, our upcoming “Talent Acquisition & Retention Virtual Summit 2021” taking place on March 23, will offer attendees the chance to gain an inside look at the recruitment and retention landscape for the next year. According to the opinions of our planned speakers, it’s looking positive in spite of COVID-19.

Our Talent Acquisition & Retention summit

Our summit promises to be a move away from the environment of fearmongering that’s defined business life over the past year. Instead, the day will offer delegates useful and impactful advice on what they can do to make 2021 a better year for business, including the talent they want to attract and retain.

The first fireside chat will feature discussions on upskilling and internal promotions opportunities. Speakers will include Zoë Morris, President, Frank Recruitment Group, Roopesh Panchasra, Global Executive Recruiting & Employer Branding Expert, and Rajesh Ahuja, Global Head Talent Acquisition, Infosys.

A later chat will explore how to recruit in the digital age, where a panel discussion featuring Queenie Chan, Associate Director, Work, and Rewards Innovation Team, Willis Towers Watson, Lucinda Szebrat, Executive Director, UK Diversity and Inclusion Sponsor, Capco and Stephanie Dillon, Partner & Founder, Inclusivity Partners will explore the benefits of data-driven recruitment and making the process more inclusive.

Another theme that will be discussed in this talk will be the perks of continuously reassessing talent demands in an organisation following the pandemic.

Another fireside chat will investigate how to retain employees post-COVID-19 and what these new values could be, including how “staff perks” and “benefits” are redefined. The talk will feature a representative from one of the world’s most iconic companies, namely Carmen Noarbe, EMEA Lead DisAbility ERG, Microsoft.

“Belonging,” a D&I buzzword that’s gaining traction in workplace discussions, will be explored in a case study led by professional services giant Ernst & Young (EY).

Attendees can expect advice on how to use targets to achieve a positive culture change and create a culture of belonging to transform an organisation. How to discourage behaviours that undermine authenticity is another topic explored in the case study and could make for a lively discussion.
