Schellman named Bhavna Dave as Director of Human Resources and Culture

Bhavna Dave will build a company culture based on people's growth

Schellman, a Tampa-based attestation services company, continues its investment in human resources and culture by appointing Bhavna Dave as the company’s Chief People & Culture Officer. 

With more than 14 years of experience in senior human resources roles, Bhavna Dave will use her extensive expertise to shape the company’s culture and create a people-centric environment to help Schellman achieve its overall goal of accelerating growth.

In terms of scope, Dave will be responsible for all aspects of human resources. This includes talent acquisition, inclusion and diversity, learning, succession management, engagement, compensation and benefits, health and well-being, and people solutions and systems.

Focus on people

A graduate of St. Mary’s University with a BBA in Human Resources and an MBA in Finance from American University, Schellman’s new Director of Human Resources and Culture is ready to launch into her new role.
