A new initiative to help companies who are struggling to identify diverse talent! Career Masterclass, the leading online career development platform for black and minority ethnic professionals, has launched a new website. 

What has changed? The old website was for people looking for advice, knowledge resources and mentoring. Career Masterclass now offers businesses award-winning, high-impact interventions and programmes to help them attract, develop and retain diverse talent within their organisation. 

Accelerate the progression 

The overhauled platform includes talent acceleration programmes and specialist mid-and senior-level recruitment and content licensing, proven to help organisations create clear progression paths for their ethnically diverse workforce. 

The interventions have been specially designed to help organisations attract and retain the best Black, Asian and ethnically diverse talent and, at the same time, ensure their needs are considered and championed as they seek to progress within the organisation.
