Software firm TrueCommerce has appointed Dana Schultz-Ramos as its Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead its global workforce growth and development.
Dana Schultz-Ramos: her career journey and future aims
As CPO, she will oversee the firm’s talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, organisational design, and acquisition integration globally.
Schultz-Ramos brings extensive experience across Human Resources disciplines to her new role. Previously, she was Senior Vice President (SVP) of People at social impact data solutions firm Social Solutions. There, she was responsible for all aspects of HR and was the executive sponsor of the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. Before that, she was a Senior Human Resources Executive at benefits technology firm Businessolver.
Dana originally embarked on her Human Resources career at department store chain Target after pivoting into the industry from teaching.
TrueCommerce describes itself as the “complete way to connect businesses across the supply chain, integrating everything from EDI, to inventory management, to fulfilment, to digital storefronts and marketplaces, to business systems.”
