Catherine Banat, Managing Director, Responsible Investing at RBC Global Asset Management, and Nancy Tengler, Chief Investment Officer, Laffer Tengler Investments will discuss the ‘glass ceiling’ of Wall Street, the accountability of leadership for enforcing workplace equity, and upskilling effectively in an ever-changing industry.
