What inspired you to join the Women in IT Summit Asia 2023 on 28 June?
Everyone should be given an equal chance to succeed to make the world a better place. I am fortunate to work for Salesforce, which shares my own personal values. It is best expressed in Equality for All, which means working together to create a world where everyone has equal rights, equal pay for equal work, equal access to education, and equal opportunities for success.
Briefly tell us about the panel you will be joining and what you will discuss.
I will be on the panel: How to ensure successful digital transformations and impactful growth through Government and industry partnerships. I will speak about equality and simplification to increase productivity and forge partnerships.
What do you hope delegates will leave with on the day as a consequence of attending?
The delegates will be inspired after the session to pursue their goals. Gather like-minded partners, colleagues and friends to embrace diversity of ideas and feedback to increase the chance of success.
Why should someone attend the Summit this year?
A well-thought-through agenda covering areas from Partnership for Success to new emerging Technologies and their impact on the tech industry. With the broad range of topics, delegates can learn the different perspectives and better equip themselves in their journey as tech professionals.
