Seasoned DEI consultant Judy Ellis joins the workplace solutions provider in an ambitious role where her teachings will help influence other organisations

The CEO of Cincinnati based workplace inclusion culture firm, Think People, has moved to a VP role at global workforce solutions provider AMS.

Ellis will be working with the leadership team to champion the D&I agenda across the firm’s global partnerships, supporting their advisory client services. In a shared statement on the hire, AMS said they were confident Ellis would bring her “extensive experience as a diversity, equity, and inclusion practitioner” to its design and delivery of strategic culture, diversity, and inclusion solutions.

Speaking on her appointment Ellis said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for me to help guide and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion solutions in a range of businesses worldwide.
