Drawbridge, a cybersecurity software and solutions provider to the alternative investment industry, has announced several senior appointments, including a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) hire.
Darrell Tucker is Drawbridge’s new Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). The firm’s former Head of Client Success will “design, build and lead” the newly created Office of DEI, which is part of Drawbridge’s mission to become an inclusive employer and nurturer of top talent.

Other new promotions and appointments include two figures with entrepreneurial backgrounds in tech. Bill Waters is Global Head of Software Development and will drive technological innovation and launch new products for Drawbridge. He was Co-founder and VP, Engineering at Simplicita Software.
Jacob Cane is Global Head of Strategy and Client Success and was previously Head of Strategy at the firm. In his new role, he will focus on managing global client engagement, enhancing customer experience and driving success for Drawbridge’s client base.
