Google Cloud awards UKG for its diversity and inclusion work in DevOps

UKG has received two awards from Google Cloud for its inclusive DevOps offerings

Google Cloud has given UKG two awards for their diversity and inclusion work in DevOps, which include helping to stem employee burnout during COVID-19; showcasing the transformative power of tech solutions to create more equitable workplaces.

Google Cloud commended UKG, a global provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions, for creating product design processes for UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, and UKG Ready that promote accessibility and help customers build diverse teams and global workforces across their organisations.

The Google Cloud DevOps Awards, launched this year, presented awards to nine firms globally that have proven “transformative business outcomes through excellence in technology delivery.”

UKG were also honoured for helping customers reduce employee burnout during the pandemic via an “intelligent dimensions workforce management solution.” This solution allows for greater personal flexibility and autonomy and has helped approve nearly 25 million time-off requests, innovating and improving time-consuming processes.

UKG’s Life-work Technology™ approach to solution design provides people with autonomy which helps its clients, namely organisations, support the needs of their workforce. The success of its inclusive tech offerings has already been proven, with 38 UKG customers appearing on the 2022 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list.
