The pair reflect on Stewart’s career achievements in the financial services industry after starting his career in a fast-food chain straight from school.
He shares his views on the lack of opportunities within society and that many hiring organisations are still highly specific on a potential employee’s background when they do not indicate how that individual can perform. He also details the action steps financial services can take to improve ethnic diversity and build inclusive cultures.
