Monday.com has announced the promotion of Shiran Nawi to Chief People and Legal Officer.
Shiran Nawi, who previously served as Monday.com’s General Counsel, has been a pivotal part of the company’s senior management team for five years. During this time, she not only spearheaded the growth and development of the legal department, which now comprises 20 talented individuals but also played a crucial role in shaping Monday.com’s forward-looking strategy.
Monday.com is a renowned provider of work operating systems that empower organisations to manage every aspect of their work. Shiran Nawi contributed significantly to several of the company’s landmark initiatives, including chits successful initial public offering (IPO), establishing the corporate philanthropy arm Digital Lift, and implementing OKR efforts.
In her new capacity, Nawi will assume responsibility for all aspects of HR and legal affairs, encompassing talent acquisition and development, employee experience, and cultivating an inclusive work environment for Monday.com’s global workforce. Additionally, she will oversee the company’s global corporate legal strategy and compliance. Nawi will report directly to Monday.com’s co-CEOs, Roy Mann and Eran Zinman.
