Earlier this year, Sirsha Haldar became the new General Manager at ADP, UK & Ireland, based in its UK office.
Sirsha will lead the UK & Ireland business responsible for over 4,000 ADP clients in the region, reporting directly to the President, Employer Services International (ESI), Virginia Magliulo.
Speaking to DiversityQ on what his new role means regarding representation diversity and role models, Sirsha said: “I’m really excited to be stepping into this new role as General Manager, UK & Ireland at ADP. Sirsha joined ADP in 2000 as a programmer in brokerage services and has held several client-facing roles, including head of client services, GlobalView South Asia and Head of Implementation, GlobalView India.
He led GlobalView South Asia as General Manager (GM) and was head of Employer Services International (ESI) India Service Centre since 2016. In this role, Sirsha was responsible for the India service centre that supported all regions and functions of GlobalView, ADP’s cloud-based human capital management (HCM) system, and the UK, Australia and the Netherlands domestic business. Globalview’s key features include payroll processing, talent management, time and attendance tracking, benefits and compensation and tax management.
Sirsha holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, and he completed the Executive Programme in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
