Tracey Groves, a London-based partner at Business management consultant StoneTurn, has been named on the Top Consultants 2022 list by Consulting Magazine for Excellence in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
Consulting Magazine defines top consultants as those that “distinguish themselves with their ability to deliver superior service to clients, adapt and innovate new products and industry practices, and make substantial contributions to their clients’ and their firms’ bottom lines.”
Groves, alongside other award recipients, will be honoured at a dinner reception on the 9th of June in New York.
Her naming among the top DEI minded consultants follows many other awards for Groves in the DEI space, including Women in Business Champion, Grant Thornton International, 2019, Financial Times /HERoes Women in Business Role Model: Outstanding 100 Female Executives, 2019 and 2018, and she has been named as one of the top 16 advisors in the UK’s “Most Powerful Women in the City” list, City AM, 2015.
Groves can boast more than thirty years working in DEI, corporate governance, ethical conduct and behaviours, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and culture change.
In her role today, she counsels leaders of global organisations on environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategies to help them drive innovation, better ethical conduct, inclusive cultures, and more “responsible business performance.”
Groves is also an entrepreneur and is the Founder and CEO of Intelligent Ethics. This award-winning consultancy specialises in ethical business conduct, business transformation and inclusive leadership and culture change interventions. Her focus for clients is to “comprehensively integrate doing the right thing into their corporate infrastructure.”
